Nothing Changes: A Glimpse Into The Mental Health & Addiction Field

This book is a collection of experiences that I have had working in the mental health and addiction field and also being a sister to someone who has struggled with both. It’s a therapist’s and sister’s perspective on how we treat mental health and addiction in America. There’s lots of colorful language, emotions, and pain in here and what mental health treatment looks like today.
